I just wanted to let you guys know that you are very professional. Everything that you guys did for me was has helped me tremendously. My credit card minimum payments were so high and my interest rates were almost 30 percent. its blows my mind that Bank of America and chase would not help me and kept blowing me off every time I called.Thank you all of getting me a lower payment and a much much better interest rate. Encontrar a RMS me ayudo mucho. Tenia pagos que se me estaban complicando cada mes. Ray me dio opciones sin nunguna presión o sin ningun compromiso y respondio cada una de mis preguntas. Los recomiendo y si no hablas ingles igual tienen a Mary que es parte del equipo y habla español. I am very happy to have found this company. From my first email to request information, the attention was fast and better than I expected. On the first call I had many questions and each one and even more were answered no matter how late it was since it was late in the afternoon. I felt very comfortable and decide to let them help me with my debts. Before I found this company I wasn't in peace thinking about how to resolve my debts but wow! I recommend them 100%. Ray was super punctual on every call and respected my schedules. He is super professional and was very patient with me. They really work with you. Don't think twice about it and call them. They also have Mary who speaks Spanish. Please give yourself the opportunity to call them and let them help you with your debts. First I want to say I tried to contact my credit card company to get help but they consistently told me there is nothing they can do to help. So frustrating. My payments were so high and let’s not talk about the 29% rate they had me at. Oh I almost forgot my credit card company did lower my rate from a 29 to a 27. Like really.So I came across a few companies that I spoke to and Reliant Management Solutions seemed to be the most trustworthy. Boy I am glad I did. I don’t like writing reviews but I have to tell my experience. My chase rate dropped to a single digit fixed rate and I am super happy. But most of all my payment dropped almost in half. I didn’t think it was possible to get help without destroying my credit. Most of the companies I spoke to wanted me to do debt settlement and I refused to go months or a couple years of not making payments.Ray, Mary and others at the company did a job well done and I will refer anyone to them bc the results was done within a week and I IMMEDIATELY seen relief. Thank you all for helping me. I can now have money left over to treat my kids somewhere.

Very professional staff and they listened to my problems. Guess what I called my bank and they told me they could not help me which is ridiculous. My interest rate with Chase was 28% and they wanted me to call a third party company that they worked with and said they could help me. So let me get this straight. You can’t help me but a company that you work with can on the debt that i have with chase!!! No thanks. I was so frustrated. I am not sure how I found this company but I was able to get my rate in single digits fixed and a lower payment. Thank God. Mary, Ray and the Reliant team thank you very much and I will tell my friends about this company!!

I had to leave this review for this company. My credit card company refused to help me. Yes I was maxed out but I lost my job and I had to use my cards to stay afloat. I ran across this company and they were able to get me a lower payment on 4 of my cards and they helped get my interest rates down in single digits.I forgot how I found them but I am glad I did. Thank you for all the hard work and they you Kevin and Mary for being patient with me. Also they did all this work within a week and half.This has helped me so much. Thanks again.

Ray Foster is a true advocate. He worked so hard, was so patient, and would not relent until he found a solution for my situation. I came to Reliant as a last ditch effort, thinking there was surely no option but bankruptcy. The last few years just spiraled out of control, and I felt helpless, hopeless, depressed, absolutely defeated. The entire process for me was good. I typically don't write reviews but from start to finish this team cared and they were on time calling me for the appointment which was a problem I had with another company. Also I received a lower monthly payment as well which helped with the debt I had. Ray did a fantastic job.
